Scott Meltzer
Rabbi Scott Meltzer begins every day grateful to be alive, blessed to share life with his wife Jennifer and their four children, and fortunate to serve as the rabbi of Ohr Shalom Synagogue and a lecturer in the study of religion at San Diego State University. He believes every person deserves respect and the opportunity to live a meaningful life. He continues to work to feed the hungry, find homes for people without homes and seek justice for all. Most of his time is spent in education — teaching people of all ages to treasure this world and all that it contains.
