Jeremy Poincenot is a San Diego native, who attended San Dieguito Academy in Encinitas, then San Diego State University. During his sophomore year at SDSU, Jeremy suddenly lost his central vision due to a rare genetic disorder called LHON, rendering him legally blind. Jeremy is now an inspirational speaker, performance coach and workshop facilitator, traveling the globe sharing his story to inspire others by providing perspective and helping people see the power of interdependence. With his dad as his guide, Jeremy competes in blind golf tournaments around the world. He has three world and eight national Blind Golf Championship wins to date.
