She has worked two decades as a health and human services executive, leading innovation and growth for six thriving nonprofit organizations and generating more than a quarter billion dollars in of social innovation throughout her career. Most recently she served as the U.S. director of Spring Impact, a global nonprofit scaling social impact solutions. Previously, she was president and CEO for the United Way of the Roanoke Valley in Virginia and chief development and innovations officer of United Way in Tampa, Florida.
