Organizers of the 2025 Ramona Art, Wine and Music Festival are calling on artisans, wineries and sponsors to participate in the 13th annual event.

The festival will be held from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 1 at Begent Ranch, 18528 Highland Valley Road in Ramona.

Featured will be local artisans, wine and craft beverage producers, and musicians along with an expanded number of food trucks. Wineries and craft beverage producers will offer tastings, artisans will display and sell their products, and musicians will perform in three areas throughout the day.

Exposure from the festival will benefit all participants as it publicizes Ramona as an art, wine and music community, organizers said.

Booth artisans and wineries/craft beverage makers are encouraged to apply as soon as possible, since the festival sold out in 2024 and booth space is limited. Attendance this year is expected to increase to nearly 600, the organizers said.

All proceeds from the event the Ramona H.E.A.R.T. Mural Project. The nonprofit promotes economic vitality in Ramona by overseeing public art projects that have resulted in 31 murals and 17 painted utility boxes being installed in the community.

Artisans have several opportunities to participate in the festival — as a booth artisan, creator of live auction art, and/or featured artist. Booth artists must exhibit handcrafted items, and all exhibitors and artisans are juried. Resale items are not allowed.

Items for the live auction art will be provided to selected artists by the festival committee. These include a wine barrel, two half wine barrels, and three pieces of furniture as canvases for creativity. Featured artists will enter an art piece to be judged and the winner will be featured at the festival and on the program cover.

Wineries and craft beverage producers can exhibit and provide tastes of their wine, beer, mead or cider to introduce their products. They can discuss the tasting attributes, offer information about future vintages, and invite tasters to visit their tasting rooms.

All exhibitors are juried and booth spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. For more information and details about fees, visit RamonaArtAndWineFest.net/winery-form/.

Several sponsorship levels are available ranging from $250 to $2,500 with benefits listed in the schedule, including Music Stages and Featured Artist Contest sponsors. In exchange for sponsorships, the festival will highlight sponsors’ products and/or services.

Live Auction sponsors will once again have the opportunity to host artist-embellished live auction items weeks in advance of the festival for additional exposure.
