Sandpipers 52nd Anniversary Dance Celebration

The San Diego Humane Society will put on its 31st annual Walk for Animals — San Diego from 7 to 11 a.m. May 3 at NTC Park at Liberty Station, 2455 Cushing Road. Highlights include a free pancake breakfast, live music, blessing of animals, a doggie spa and Vendor Village with animal-friendly products and community partners. Proceeds will help the nonprofit care for an expected 40,000 animals in the coming year.
