EōS Fitness hosted a 90-minute cycle class on April 12 in Encinitas to benefit the Parkinson’s Association of San Diego whose mission is to enable those impacted by Parkinson’s disease to live their best lives through , resources and education.

Attendees rode in of and alongside community member Eva Zamora, who is a shining example of how to live your best life with Parkinson’s disease and takes cycle classes at EōS regularly, a news release stated.
