
Rancho Valencia Resort and Spa will host the next installment of its guest chef culinary series on Thursday, April 24 with James Beard Award-winning chef Chris Bianco.
The chef behind the Phoenix and LA-based Pizzeria Bianco, Bar Bianco, Tratto and Pane Bianco will serve up his signature style of Italian cuisine and artisanal pizzas at the Rancho Santa Fe resort. The dinner, a partnership with Baja Wine + Food, will be held in the outdoor culinary garden, a scenic setting featuring open fire grills and ovens. The night includes live music by ElectricLouieLand Trio, art installations from artist Gennaro Garcia and Baja wines from Don Camillo Magoni to pair with Bianco’s menu.
The event begins at 6 p.m. with a welcome reception with wine, cocktails and small appetizers, followed by a seated Italian feast from 7- 9 p.m. Tickets to the dinner are $375 per person and can be purchased at tinyurl.com/2xyjtvb6.
