Las Posadas concert features traditional Mexican and American holiday carols

Jeff Nevin speaks about mariachi education programs in San Diego and the Symphonic Mariachi Champaña Nevin and Mónica Abrego concert “Las Posadas — A Traditional Mexican Christmas Eve Celebration” to be held at the Balboa Theatre on Dec. 20.
