Lt. Col. Lee Lescano speaks about The Salvation Army San Diego’s campaign to raise funds for the new downtown Rady Center, offering long-term, life-changing solutions to homelessness in San Diego. To help reach the $30 million goal, the David C. Copley Foundation has awarded a $850,000 grant as a challenge to the community.
