Carmel Valley’s Seabreeze Craft Chocolates is now offering their spin on the Dubai Chocolate Bar, the candy that has become a viral sensation on platforms like Tok Tok for its mix of Middle Eastern flavors like crispy knafeh (finely shredded phyllo dough) and pistachio.
Seabreeze’s founder and chief chocolatier Jim Lantry created his own version in the Carmel Valley chocolate factory using sustainably sourced dark chocolate and a blend of pistachio cream, tahini, chopped pistachios and butter-sautéed kadayif. Seabreeze describes the candy bar as a “indulgent, crispy, creamy, chocolatey experience that lives up to the hype.” The bar is available in two sizes, large for $35 and small for $10.
