The San Diego Padres start their 56th season in Major League Baseball and 20th year at Petco Park on Thursday, and with any new season there are changes.
The Padres hired Mike Shildt as their new manager in November and traded for starting pitcher Dylan Cease just a few days before the official start to the season. Some familiar things are Fernando Tatis Jr. returning to play right field, Don Orsillo and Mark Grant on TV, Jesse Agler and Tony Gwynn Jr. on the radio and games being available for streaming on Padres.TV for the second straight year.
Here’s everything you need to know on how to watch and listen to Padres games this year. Plus, find all Padres coverage at sandiegouniontribune.com/sports/padres.
